If the product I&#039;m offering are &#039;words&#039; (i.e. copy) – which are non-returnable, devised by my mind and based on research, creativity and objective judgment, how can I offer a guarantee? How can I let my potential customers know that they are taking no risk, relying on my MIND? 
After all, words are Not refundable…
